More about this product

4G trail camera with live view, app, and solar panel

This 4G trail camera with app and solar panel gives you live streaming directly to your phone, so you can always stay updated in real time via the Ucon or Ubox app. The camera uses 4G and therefore does not require Wi-Fi. With a SIM card and 4G coverage, you can view live video, receive recordings, and change the camera settings directly in the app. With a lightning-fast trigger speed of 0.3 seconds, you won't miss any movement, and the camera delivers clear recordings both day and night.

Monitor your hunting ground live from your mobile

Unlike a traditional trail camera, you do not need to head out to the camera and retrieve the SD card to see what has happened.

The camera connects to 4G and is accessed via the Ucon or Ubox app. Here, you can, among other things:

  • view live video
  • receive images and recordings
  • adjust sensor sensitivity
  • control how often the camera records
  • stay updated even when you are far from the hunting area

This makes the camera well-suited for monitoring feeding stations, game trails, thickets, and other areas where you want to follow wildlife activity without constantly visiting the location.

Invisible 940 nm no-glow night vision

The camera uses 940 nm infrared no-glow light at night.

This means there is no visible red light emitted from the camera when it records in the dark. The camera can therefore register activity at night more discreetly.

The night vision has a range of up to approx. 25 meters.

Solar panel and large battery pack

The camera has a 15,600 mAh battery pack consisting of six 18650 batteries.

The included solar panel can continuously provide power to the battery, which reduces the need to take the camera down and charge it.

How long the camera can run between charges depends on, among other things:

  • how often the camera is activated
  • how much you use the live view
  • mobile connection
  • temperature
  • how much sun the solar panel receives

We recommend that the camera is charged for 12–24 hours before initial setup, so the battery pack is fully charged before the solar panel is connected and the camera is put into use.

SIM card and subscription

The camera must have access to the mobile network to transmit data.

A SIM card is included, where a data subscription can be activated through the app from about 10 USD per month.

You can also use a SIM card from a standard mobile carrier. For example, a Lebara subscription can be obtained from about 19 DKK per month.

Therefore, no Wi-Fi is required at the hunting area – there simply needs to be adequate mobile coverage.

SD card or cloud

The camera supports micro SD cards, so images and videos can be saved locally on the camera for free. It is recommended to purchase one, so you do not have to pay for a cloud subscription.

This means you do not need to pay for cloud storage to save recordings.

If you prefer cloud storage, there is also a subscription solution available through the app from about 4 USD per month.

Tested during actual hunting

At HuntersMarket, we test and use our hunting gear ourselves. We use this 4G trail camera in Sweden, among other places, where it has recorded everything from wild boar to fallow deer. Above, you can see real videos recorded with the camera.
